At My Swayam, we provide digital study materials, courses, PYQs, MCQs, and assignment solutions designed for exam preparation. Since all products are delivered in digital format, our refund policy is strict to prevent misuse.

1. No Refund Policy (Digital Products)

All purchases made on My Swayam are final and non-refundable.

Once a course, PDF, or study pack is purchased and delivered (download/access provided), we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges, as digital content cannot be returned.

2. Exceptions (Eligible Cases)

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment made for the same product
  • Payment deducted but product not delivered/access not provided
  • Technical issue from our side preventing access (not user-side issues)

In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of purchase.

3. Refund Process

If your case is approved:

  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider)

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Lack of usage
  • Not liking the content
  • Purchasing by mistake
  • Compatibility issues with your device
  • Failure to read product details before purchase
